Most of our products arrive within 3 to 7 working days. We strive to save the planet and reduce our carbon footprint, therefore we cannot offer express delivery. However, we took steps to ensure the overall satisfaction of your customer experience.
Since receiving a parcel physically is often not a priority on our client's agenda, we send our products in form of a letter. Such you can always find your order when it's arrived in your postbox. Our jewelry box can be purchased separately.

International shipping
It is necessary to indicate your phone number for international orders, including EU and EEA. Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes. If you do not add or respond to our email we will indicate our office phone number.
Duties&Taxes
Any additional costs such as, for example, border taxes must be at customer expense, since they vary and cannot be predicted. We understand this might be frustrating, let us know if you would like to discuss a recent delivery charge. We are ready to help at ciao@narcissa.it.
