If you are a consumer, you can make a return no later than 14 days from the delivery of the item, sending the item in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in the original packaging.
The article must be sent, at your care and expense, to Now Main Co., in 37138 Verona, Via Antonio Pigafetta 1. The return shipment takes place at your risk and, therefore, if you make an important order, we recommend that you consider a traceable shipping service, or the purchase of insurance.
Once we have received and inspected the products, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item, to inform you of the approval or not of the refund and, if it approved, to ask you to choose from the following refund methods, which we will have in the following 14 days:
- issue of a credit automatically applied to your credit card, or to the original payment method;
- creation of a coupon of the same amount of the order to be used on the site for a new purchase.
- in case of a faulty item, creation of a coupon of the same amount of the order plus a 15% value of the same order to be used on the site for a new purchase.
In case of return shipment with cost charged to us, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you have not received a refund within 14 days, check your payment account again, then contact the credit card company, PayPal or the institution used to pay. Technical time may be required to register the refund.

The return is not approved if:
- you are not a consumer;
- you have ordered items on sale;
- more than 14 days have passed since the article was delivered;
- your item does not arrive in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in the original packaging;
- your item is personalized.
It’s not possible to request a return in case of delay in delivery and, depending on the circumstances, customer service will be able to offer you a discount voucher to be used in subsequent purchases. In case of non-delivery of the order, we will automatically cancel it and refund.
We remind you that you have the right to the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods and you can request, in accordance with the terms of the law, different depending on whether you are a consumer or not, the return of the non-compliant article.
To prove that the product is not compliant, we will ask you to send us a photo of the item together with the receipt or proof of purchase.
